1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • You provide proof of purchase
Items Not Eligible for Return:
  • Used or opened items
  • Hygiene-related or personal-use products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Damaged items caused by misuse

2. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.We will provide:
  • A replacement item, OR
  • A refund/store credit

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
